Kerry Piercy, head of diversity and inclusion at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, is quoted in an article for Investment News on the Firm’s diversity initiatives.

Piercy cites the Firm’s Multicultural Networking Group as well as the Multicultural Financial Advisors Forum which aims to encourage mentoring and idea sharing.
